Returns & Exchanges

At FiberwerX, we strive for complete customer satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Please ensure all products are in original, uninstalled condition and include their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm eligibility.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping containers, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Send your package through a traceable carrier like FedEx or UPS; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
