What is the typical lead time for fiberglass body panels?
Most of our products are made to order. Standard lead times range from 2 to 4 weeks depending on production volume and seasonal demand.
Do you offer international shipping for large body kits?
Yes, we ship worldwide. For oversized items like fenders and bedsides, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure safe delivery to your door or local port.
Will FiberwerX parts arrive ready for paint?
Our parts come in a signature white gelcoat finish. While they are prepped, they will require minor sanding and professional fitment checks before final paint application.
What is your return policy on installed items?
We cannot accept returns on any products that have been drilled, cut, sanded, or painted. Please test fit all parts before beginning any modifications.
Do you offer professional installation services?
We provide expert installation services at our primary facility. Please contact our sales team to schedule an appointment and receive a labor estimate for your specific vehicle.
Can I track my freight shipment online?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will provide a Bill of Lading (BOL) number and the carrier's contact information so you can track the progress of your delivery.
